Starting points and conditions are different when theatres and independent performing arts groups and producers collaborate on co-productions. Therefore, knowledge sharing and bridge building is an important key to successful collaboration.
Exchanging experiences and ensuring mutual transparency about the basis of each other's possibilities strengthens both understanding and the professional relationship - but ultimately also the work you collaborate on.Through open dialogue and joint reflection, this dialogue meeting will delve into how to best support successful collaboration by creating a good dialogue and understanding of each other's finances and work processes as well as sharing knowledge and best practices for co-productions.
