Open Call: Time in Space

Time in Space gives you or your group one week’s free access to UP’s rehearsal rooms The Pit eller White Lab. Here, you can develop artistic ideas, practise new material, experiment with techniques or explore new forms of collaboration – with no pressure to produce results.

What does ‘Tid i Rum’ offer? 

The following are made available to you once you are selected for ‘Time in Space’:

• One week’s free access to UP’s rehearsal rooms the Pit og White Lab

In addition, the following are offered:

• 50% discount on booking your rehearsal space for an extra week following ‘Time in Space’ (either before or after).
• Networking activities
• Professional guidance from UP’s development producer, Ann-Jette Caron
• A facilitated workshop

For what weeks can I apply?

What do I need to have ready for the application?

The application process is fairly straightforward. You simply need to have the following to hand:

• A brief description of the artistic project/research (max. 1 page)
• CVs of the participants
• A high-resolution photograph

In addition, the application form will ask you about your artistic practice, genre, etc.

Applicants are selected by the UP and the external curator, Inga Gerner Nielsen.
