In just a few weeks, you can meet UP at Kulturmødet Mors, where thousands of the country's cultural actors will gather for a large program of discussion events. Here's where you can meet UP:
Thursday, August 21, 3:45–5:00 p.m.
A large panel of key players in the performing arts, including UP director Anne Dalby, will gather to share their experiences with the audience under the heading: How can your audience encounter experimental performing arts?
The other panel participants are: Gitta Malling, director of the Project Support Committee for Performing Arts & theater director at Limfjordsteatret / Karen Margrethe Eriksen, chair of Teater Vesthimmerland & vice chair of Danmarks Teaterforeninger / Lars Ilum, director of Kappelborg & board member of Turnénetværket / Peter Mark Lundberg, director of Dansk Scenekunst & chairman of Dansk Kulturliv
Cikaros will conclude the event by showing an excerpt from their performance Faldet.
Thursday, August 21, 5:00–6:00 p.m.
On the same day at Kulturmødet, Anne Dalby will participate in a conversation organized by Art Music Denmark and the Danish Composers' Society under the heading: From data to change – where does the potential lie for the individual, the organisation, and politics?
The conversation will be based, among other things, on the survey conducted by UP at the beginning of the year. The other panel participants are: Juliana Hodkinson, chair of the Danish Composers' Society, and Morten Ogstrup Nielsen, project manager for documentation and data collection at Art Music Denmark. The conversation will be moderated by Rosa Lois Balle Yahiya, head of the secretariat and founder of Another Life Community.
